I have my W55 transmission out of my 2004 IS300 for sale. It was an original 5 speed car. This transmission also has no issues, always shifted smoothly, gear oil changed in it regularly. Along with the transmission, I also have a very new OEM clutch and pressure plate as well as the clutch slave and master cylinders, clutch pedal, 5 speed gauge/dash cluster and steering wheel (manual IS300 steering wheels dont have the shift buttons on the center). I have the manual flywheel too of course. The transmission is $1000 by itself, but if you want all the other swap parts (clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, clutch pedal, etc) everything would be around $1500. Feel free to send me offers, I AM FLEXIBLE ON PRICE, but do not send me ridiculously low offers, it's not worth my time and I probably won’t respond. I know what I have. Thanks for looking!! :)
