Clean home, no pets, no smoking, no pests etc. Recently did a deep vacuum clean on all crevices and cracks. In great condition, probably about 4ish years old. Great little couch for an apartment or small home. Storage space for extra blankets, retractable ottoman section to convert into queen bed. You can make it a left L or a right L just need to swap the two end parts (super easily done). Moving away needs to go! Pickup only (located in mission hills/hillcrest) I can help you dismantle and load up 💪🏼
