$800 OBO! Must pick up! Need to sell ASAP as I’m moving. Due to scammers, I will not give out my cellphone. All communication will have to be through Facebook. Comes with pillows pictured (4 regular, 2 fluffy). Couch is in great condition and SUPER COMFY!! Sadly I cannot take it where I’m moving so that’s the only reason I’m selling. No stains. Fabric was factory treated. Right arm facing chaise. 139” x 70” x 38” Purchased for $1,500 brand new in March of 2023 from Coleman furniture. I’m the only owner and the only person who has used it mainly. Smoke free, odor free, pet free, child free home. The fabric is a medium pile (see close up) so the spots I mainly sat on look matted, but the cushion covers come off and can be washed, I just never got around to it. I have an elevator and the sectional comes apart and all cushions come off, so easy moving. Willing to talk pricing if you can pick up sooner rather than later!
