I had a great experience working with Adam and Derrick. Both of them paid close attention to the details from start to finish and made sure nothing was overlooked. They were transparent, easy to communicate with, and always kept me in the loop throughout the process.

What really stood out was their ability to work out a fair deal without any pressure or games. They listened to what I was looking for and were willing to put in the effort to make it happen. Communication was solid the whole time — quick responses, clear explanations, and no surprises.

After doing my do diligence by checking the BBB and reading reviews on Peach State Motors since this was goingto be an out of state online purchase, i went forward with buying a vehicle. May I add sales rep Brad was the nicest during this process. We closed the deal on 1/23/26 signing the contracts and warranties for the vehicle. During this time we had the ice storm followed by a snow storm to come through which was a delay in arranging pick up of my car. In between the inclement weather I would call Brad and was always told the finance manager was off, I understood that but on 02/02 when I attempted to speak to the finance manager to arrange coming there to bring my deposit and pick up my car, once again I was given the run around. I was hung up on and put on hold for 20 mins to get a text from Brad while on hold stating my car was mistakenly sent to auction on 1/23 by a manager that was unaware that the vehicle was sold. Now for the two weeks they put me off no one at this company picked up the phone to tell me this. When I texted him back to ask why wasn't I contacted and how could this be fixed of course no response. These cowards couldn't even talk to me on the phone to try to come up with a resolution for them breaching the contract. Out of state buyers beware this is not a good business to purchase from online. Its funny how nice Brad became mute Brad when this went bad. Shady dealer!!!
