This is made for people who know how to use knives. It’s 14°/15°. If you already have an Asian or European knife it will only take 2 pulls. The directions come with it and if you follow specificity it works great: this isn’t for beginners as you need to follow directions and read about the “burr” and when to be done with the specific function.
