It does have cellular capabilities- you will have no issues adding it to your carrier if you choose. Alternatively, it can work without cellular service and use Bluetooth and Wifi only. You will get: - Apple Watch 45MM Series 9 Stainless Steel (Silver) - Watch band - Charging cable The watch itself is in perfect condition. It does not have any scratches on case or screen. Since it is approximately 1 year old, the battery health is 94%. It still lasts 2 days even with cellular mode enabled. This has been gently used and in excellent condition. We upgraded to Apple Watch Ultra 3 and no longer need these watches. Some things that I do like about the stainless steel models is that they come with a harder glass and case. You’ll see that it has the screen has no scratches or issues. Feel free to test the watch when we meet. You won't have any issues but youcan also call your carrier to confirm the IMEI is clear.
