I recently found a used car I’d been searching for, listed online the same day I spotted it. Wary of dealerships due to their often negative reputation, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Lexus of Bellevue.

I called ahead to inquire about the vehicle, and Jacob Avlonitis, a representative, informed me that it had just arrived via trade-in and was undergoing routine inspections, rendering it not yet roadworthy. He welcomed me to come inspect it in its current state. Despite the car being in repair, Jacob arranged for me to thoroughly examine it inside and out, showing patience and transparency. My familiarity with the model gave me confidence in its potential, and I trusted the dealership would address any issues before delivery.

Jacob estimated the car would be ready by Friday or Saturday. True to his word, it was. Jacob’s integrity and professionalism shone through—no high-pressure tactics, just genuine service. He even gave my wife and me space to discuss our decision privately. Lexus of Bellevue exceeded my expectations, proving to be a dealership that truly prioritizes its customers.

From beginning to the end, the experience was top quality and service.

They thought through every detail and when a need to adapt to unique circumstances arose, they were able to quickly pivot and satisfy the situation.

We had been shopping for a car for a while. Other Lexus dealerships did not compare and one was outright bad. Lexus of Bellvue was super competitive on price, met conditions we considered priorities and they delivered the car with a sound & tech walk through that left no stone unturned.

Out of the five vehicles I’ve purchased over the years, this was hands down the best experience. In 2023, I bought a brand-new HR-V with just 7 miles on it—but the level of service and care I received buying a used Lexus here at Lexus of Bellevue completely surpassed that.

From start to finish, the process was seamless. My salesperson, Ebu (nickname), was outstanding, friendly, professional, and efficient. Despite being busy, he got me in and out with a trade-in in under three hours, which is a personal record for me. The team went the extra mile with thoughtful touches, from a full detail to the iconic big red bow on the car (something my mom didn’t even get when she bought a brand-new Lexus in Spokane). I even received a Lexus gift bag, which was a nice bonus.

Everyone I interacted with from the sales team to the person who mounted the plates was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I’ve already told my mom to come here when she’s ready for her next GX.

This was an easy, stress-free, and memorable purchase experience. I highly recommend Lexus of Bellevue and would absolutely return in the future.

I would say Abraham Sham is one of the best car salespersons I have ever worked with. He listened to our needs and desires very carefully and spent some time to research the inventory, then found the best matching options.
While we waited for our car to be built in the factory, be transported from Canada to US, he gave us updates on the estimated delivery date.
When it arrived at Bellevue, he discussed with me about the dealer options to install prior to pick it up. He also gave us the instructions on how to make a cashier's check. Thanks to his arrangements, everything went so smoothly, and we are very happy with the overall process.
