Commercial quality treadmill with all the features to bring your outdoor run indoors. It does incline AND decline. Belt is in great condition. This thing is fantastic, but I’m doing some remodeling so it can’t live in my dining room anymore, although I would love to keep it. It really hasn’t had that much use over the years, but whenever I did hop on it, I loved it. I’m not a runner, but I try to do a variety of things to stay in shape. It can do a very slow walking pace or a really fast run and everything in between. There is a safety clip you put on your clothes when you run that will power off the machine if you were to fall or faint or something strange happened and you lost your balance. It’s never happened to me, but I do wear it when I am on it. Equipment mat included. The new ones are over $3000 after tax. *Disclaimer- I got this treadmill new in the box, but for as long as I’ve had it, the screen sometimes goes from clear to fuzzy. I’m not sure why it does this and I’ve never bothered to contact the manufacturer about fixing it because it doesn’t affect the performance of the machine, so it just didn’t really bother me. I wear my Apple Watch while I’m on it and that keeps track of my heart rate, calories burned, distance walked or ran, etc. Also the buttons on the arms of the treadmill make it so easy to speed up or slow down, or incline or decline, that I never really minded if the screen was acting weird. It doesn’t always do it but you should know.
