*IMPORTANT* I WOULD LIKE IF SOMEONE COULD PICK UP BEFORE 9/19. AFTER THIS DATE LOCATION WOULD SWITCH TO A STORAGE UNIT. Used but in good condition. Will be cleaned with special machine all around before new owner picks up. Specs included on pictures #4 and #6. $500 OBO but ridiculous low balls will be ignored. The sofa new goes for $450 and Loveseat goes for $430, totaling to $880 on website but does not include delivery, or tax.
