A neighbor offered me $200 but I'm giving it until the end of Saturday to see if anyone wants it for $350. It's in good condition. We do have dogs but all the covers pull off and are machine washable. We had a cover over the cover so it's still pretty nice..has mild stains but I'm sure they can come out with a hot wash. Only a year old because my mother likes to buy new couches every year. It's already out back ready to be loaded up. Pick up in Irvine before the end of Saturday and it's yours.
