Move Out Sale and needs to be gone by this week!! This leather sofa is from a smoke free and pet free house. Very comfy and spacious. It is in good condition, no tears or creases on the material and the stitching is intact. There is a small tear in between the seat cushions (see last picture), which is not easy to spot as it’s hidden and towards the bottom part. Dimensions: Length-87”, Width-42”, Height-36”. Requested price or OBO. Pick up only and please bring people to help take it as it is very heavy.
