Description

Listed is my Tascam Syncaset 238 Multitrack Cassette Recorder. This unit is the king of cassette recorders. Along with its sibling, the MidiStudio 688, it is among one of the most powerful cassette recorders that Tascam ever built. This unit has a new capstan motor, along with having been serviced not too terribly long ago. The only issue is that it will need new belts soon, as there is occasionally some speed issues with the playback mechanism, but otherwise everything is in tremendous shape on this one. I am firm on the price, but I would consider trades for a Teac 80-8, or Tascam MSR-16.
