Carson, my salesman, was absolutely outstanding. From day one, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale. He understood the performance and luxury aspect of the BMW M lineup and treated the transaction with the respect it deserved. Trading in my 2014 BMW M6 could have been complicated, but Carson handled it seamlessly. He was fair, honest, and communicative throughout the entire process. I just wanted to write a great review on the Gladstone Mitsubishi. My fiance and I were looking for a good family SUV, especially since we have our 5 week old daughter with us now. What an amazing experience with Carson and Anthony and the general manager at Wilsonville Mitsubishi. Was able to Docusign most everything and when we went to pick the car up the whole thing was less than 15 mins. They worked some serious magic to get us the down payment Apr and monthly payment we wanted to be at. Highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had recently started to shop for a new vehicle and had gone to many places hoping i’d find a good deal on a tacoma for work. Given my circumstances most dealerships shot me down and told me to return when my credit had improved in a year or so but not these guys!
