Overall it's in decent shape. It does show some age, a little bit of rust, some scratches and dings in a small hole and one of the bolts on the leg is missing ( easy fix ) and it's also bent a little bit on one of the legs but it stands fine and the color is still a bright red and the numbers flip fine. This is a heavy sign so you're going to have to pick up. I really don't want to have to ship this.
