My experience with them has been wonderful. Not just selling a car, the extent to which they care about the customer service even almost 2 years after the sale is commendable. I bought a Lexus from them in July of 2023 which was a smooth and transparent purchase. I was recommended by a friend and really appreciated their customer service. Recently I got into a minor incident that left my bumper and headlight cracked. They were the first people I reached out to and the Owner (Mr. Alam) personally made sure that the request was attended to and handled the entire process with urgency and absolute professionalism. I highly recommend this place!

Flew all the way from California because I found these guys on carfax. I needed to buy my son a car and they seemed very helpful and reliable based on Google reviews as well as checking other online means, so I made the trip over and planned to drive it to Iowa. Illinois offers a limited warranty on power train where iowa and some neighboring states do not on used cars.  This made it an easy choice.  Post sale, this team at Premier Auto Works has tried to help where needed and I will update as necessary but thus far, happy.

I am very pleased with my 2008 Toyota Prius, it’s mechanically sound and clean inside and out. The process was quick, professional and, streamlined with the help of the staff at premier auto. I am very happy with the car and will definitely shop there again when it’s time for an upgrade! Give these guys a call if you need a reliable car at a fair price!
