This was client trade in with stated issues regarding Windows error. Storage was removed. PC will boot to BIOS but cannot install Windows . Suspect culprit is a bad core on CPU. Per client GPU also had issues with VRAM. I was planning to part out and fix it myself but have too many projects on hand. Intended for someone who has sufficient technical knowledge or for parts. This is reflected in price.
