Needed a safe suv for my son ASAP as he was starting college away. We called Silmi auto sales Sunday morning as we saw an Audi Q5 we are very interested in, the owner came in on his day off, allowed us to test drive the car and gave us maintenance records on the vehicle. He also pointed out himself that there was a faulty sensor that needed repair but because the car had just reached a lot and we were the first people to see it. He offered to have it fixed at my personal mechanic or give us a discount on the car. We chose to have it fixed and it took about 3 days and my son is now driving his new car and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. I came across a MBZ E 350 on Facebook. We communicated on messenger and got the impression that this person is trying to sell his car.  Once I drove from San Jose, I got turned off that this is a dealership.
Waited for him to come and his approach changed my mentality immediately.  Ihab was kind, courteous, professional, and straight forward.  I Asked many questions on the car and all were answered correctly with proof of maintenance and The carfax.  I was leaning on not getting the car but the way I got treated was beyond belief.  Never at a dealership I was so relaxed and not pressured to purchase.  We agreed on a price and within 20 minutes everything was done and there were no additional items to purchase at signing.  I have purchased over 18 cars within the last 40 years and this experience tops it all.  If I ever want to purchase a car again, he is the only one that I can trust to get my business.
