This is known as an AUTOMATIC (brand) “ Fan-Glo Heetaire” made by Markel Electric Products, Inc. Comes with thermostat control, and original plug with all original wiring. So yes, it does plug-in and heat up, but I would say use it your own risk and probably used more for a decorative item considering it’s from around the early 70s. It’s in great condition.
