Selling my 1987 Shamrock Pilot house 20 ft boat. It’s sitting on a 1987 Easy Loader dual axle trailer equip with surge brakes. Boat sat for 20 years in a garage unused, the fiberglass is extremely clean. Displacement is approx 3000lbs, 20 ft long, 7ft 11in beam. Do some research and you’ll see they sold these as utility and coastguard boats across the country, they are very seaworthy. Motor is the original Ford 302 with only 221 original hours. Top end rebuild done less than 20 engine hours ago. Had a full tune up, new fuel pump, new Holley 4 barrel carburetor, new battery, new garmin chart/fish finder, new electrical wiring harness, new ignition, new distributor, new exhaust risers/elbows/hosing, new alternator, new marine starter. Motor is a closed cooling system with engine coolant. The bad- The motor has developed a loud ticking. This will need to be addressed. My mechanic thinks this is the camshaft going flat. I have reduced the price significantly (from 20k). 12000 obo
