Sky trailers offers amazing customer service and great prices! I purchased a trailer there about 2 months ago and I noticed one of the bolts somehow popped off I went back and without any hesitation they took care of it for me and even gave me the option to weld it on instead of just using a bolt. At no charge they welded it and within about 20 minutes I was back on the road. I am extremely happy and grateful for their amazing customer service! I recommend them to all my friends and family and everybody I meet.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2 months after I bought the 12k dump trailer new the pump decides to grenade itself on its first dump of a small tree…. Took it to get it checked under “warranty” as they said it was covered and blamed me that I had changed the oil and that they weren’t going to cover it , even the business owner did not want to honor their parts warranty….had the oil sent to a lab to even get tested it was the metal it was grinding its self away mixing with oil and still was my fault…. TWO MONTHS ONE DUMP and it’s junk stick with real brands really quick to blame it on you …. What a coincidence they had a pallet full of busted hydraulic pumps in they’re yard as well I had the pump inspected and here you go guys here’s your garbage pumps you are buying super disappointed and wished it would’ve been better had a list of trailers to buy and first one started off horrible

Sky trailers is amazing I called on a Friday at 11:48 am talked to Maria and she went above and beyond and found a custom trailer that wasn’t even finished and had it finished by installing front axle found a driver and had it delivered to my front door by 5pm 200 miles away! All the same day this was the the most painless and seem less purchase I have ever made in my life I could not give enough praise to sky trailer from customer service to the delivery driver that even arrived 5 minutes early and he was the most professional and nicest delivery driver I have ever met ! I found sky trailer in an add on offer up and from start to finish I had purchased a custom trailer that covered all my needs in only 10 minutes!!! They now have a customer for life! Thank you Sky Trailer for making a very stressful situation into absolutely the easiest most stress free purchase I have ever made in 49 years!!!! And I forgot to add that Sky trailer saved me $1000 on my trailer!!! And I read other reviews that said they don’t give you a warranty that is bs I have a warranty on the welds and every inch of my custom trailer ! And every part on my trailer is a Quality part! No cheap crap on this trailer from the heavy duty pin for rear ramp to the electric trailer break that I didn’t even know was a option! I can’t express enough what a great experience and quality product I received from SKY TRAILER! If you don’t believe me just give them a call yourself!!!!
