Brown sectional couch in good condition. Comes apart in 3 pieces. We have 2 dogs so it will need vacuumed. No stains. 1 small tear on the bottom of one cushion. Tear is in the seam so it can be sewn back together. Cushion covers are removable and can be washed. Bought it for 700 a few years ago, asking 400
