Having a “great experience” is not what you think about when buying a car from a used car dealership. However, that is exactly what my wife and I experienced. A few weeks back, Chase Otter sold my wife and I a used 4 Runner. We could not have been happier. He made the whole process easy, was professional, worked with us, and got us into a rate we could afford. A+ service and a great salesman. I highly recommend purchasing your next car from these folks and Chase.

These guys are awesome always recommend and come to buy a vehicle here. Always have a great selection of verity of good cars. And had my good friend buy a nice outback. Thank you Chase for the great customer service and helping us find a good vehicle that’s going to last for a very long time .

Was such a fast easy process!! I haven’t had the best experiences with dealerships in the past, but this one was amazing. Rick was the one that helped me, he was super nice & very professional😊. Chase has also been there the past 2 weekends I’ve went and looked at cars, and he was super cool & chill about everything as well! I recommend these guys. They’re not pushy about anything, have a great attitude, very welcoming, etc. I’m in love with my new car!! Thank you!

This place was terrible! Sold me a lemon 100% I bought my Landrover Disco here beginning of January 2025 they barely came down on the price and I’m fully confident they knew what they were selling. It’s April and I just got my car out of the shop it had to have a new transmission which I found out a week after I bought it on the first drive uphill on the freeway. The extended warranty I bought for $2200 (thank god) sucked !!! They gave me a USED transmission which end game cost me about $2500 and I was out of a vehicle since mid January.  That was after I paid to have a transmission flush which was $700 they told me it didn’t have metal in it so it was good to go even though the codes it was throwing didn’t point towards that so I paid and picked it up and attempted  to go to Portland only for my car to breakdown SAME CODES !!! It’s been a nightmare since day seven and days 1-4 I drove five miles to work and home. The codes that had been cleared were these same codes it was band aided and I could have sold to another person after clearing codes but it’s not right! I hope no one buys from this place !!! I’m a single mom and i paid $6000 down plus warranty and financed the rest something like $20000 before warranty and out of pocket now. I was so excited to have a solid safe car for me and the kids and this was a huge loss. DO BETTER !!!!
