I never put anything in them but they may be a little scuffed up from being stored various places. All three are identical. Made of what appears to be PVC plastic. They are basically 11 and a quarter wide, 11 tall and 3 in deep as outside measurements, you would have to allow for a little bit of wall thickness and the area where the handle is which will reduce interior space. These are nice for small tools or little kids toys or loose nuts and bolts, makeup, craft stuff, probably 1,000 uses
