1987 American Skier Advance

NO TITLE AT THE MOMENT. I purchased this boat with no title and have slowly gone through the steps to acquire the title. I have already submitted a record request with WA DMV to get the boat title (just playing the waiting game now), and I have installed all the required lighting and safety chains for the trailer to pass inspection with State Patrol. (It failed once and they gave me a list of every thing I needed to add for it to pass) so I have now fixed each of those things and have had trouble getting an appointment because of how busy they are. They say to keep checking back each week for new appointments but every time I check it says no available appointments. So that’s where we are at on the title situation. The trailer is a very solid galvanized trailer in great condition. The boat itself, has not ran in many years, but has very good bones. The hull is in good shape, floor is solid, all gauges and wiring is there. Needs new carpet, no rear seat. It is a PROJECT, and I just do not have the time nor the funds to put into it.
