I worked with, or tried to work with, Jesse. The car we discussed was sold as we were literally walking in the door, despite having made an appointment the day before.

I understand “first come, first serve.” That is not the issue. The issue is letting us make an appointment, letting us show up, selling the car as we arrived, and then not having the professionalism to come out and tell us himself or send a text.

Instead, Jesse let another salesperson named Ethan speak for him. That salesperson was unknowledgeable, condescending, and immediately tried to push us toward a beat-up car that was $10,000 more and had not even gone through their shop inspection yet.

That is not customer service. That is wasting people’s time.

I would not recommend buying a car here unless you are ready to hand them the money on the spot. And do not bother making an appointment, because based on my experience, it clearly means nothing.
