Description

The good the bad and the ugly full disclosure 23,205 ORIGINAL MILES !!! The 454 engine is barely broken in and purrs like a kitten cruises on the freeway at 55 -60 no strain at all ( with a tow car behind it) I’ve gone to see other people’s motorhomes that are listed here and no one was totally upfront about the real condition of the RV like front windshields with cracks bad rubber gaskets non functional leveling jacks ovens that don’t work etc so this is the Gods honest truth !! A great price for a really well built low cost RV This is a GREAT motorhome for a single person it has a twin bed platform in the back on both sides. Mattress is 5 years old so most likely you’ll want to replace it ( the other side is storage there is a 6 cubic foot freezer included in the price) The carpets are old but in very good condition as I have kept them covered with new carpeting. New dash cam included Last October 2024 I had a new master cylinder installed with new calipers and pads. Great brakes which come on handy when going down a mountain Both roof top AC UNITS work the rear is a little better as it doesn’t get used as much. When I run the 6500 watt generator they both work at the same time, plugged into 30 amp service only one can operate I had the oil filter and oil changed less than 3,000 miles ago. Cost $89.00 for a mobile guy to do that I put 6 new tires on it 4,000 miles ago they are in excellent shape There is the MOR ride suspension with a front stabilizer bar which makes driving on the freeway better. New fuel filter installed 4 new engine belts installed 10/24/2025. New motherboards installed for the generator the refrigerator the water heater and propane furnace they all work well. Chassis battery is interstate about 8-9 months old 2 battery chargers included to keep the chassis and house battery fully charged 4 Tire covers included Clothes washer with spin dry included ( saves so much money!! ) Sun screens for the windshield and front side windows included Sewer hoses are new with extra spares and extension 20 feet together Toilet was replaced 4 years ago foot flush thetford brand 30 amp service easy to get a parking space in all RV parks Ok if you read this far you are probably interested so here is the bad The exterior walls are fiberglass and they are bubbling some call it delamination why because the glue that was holding it has now come off or dried out so there are places down the sides where it is bowed. Looks bad but I’ve not had any issues and I just ignore the appearance The windshield wiper motor stopped working it’s old so it quit a new replacement is about $100. DIY The dashboard AC is not blowing cold at all it needs to be recharged with refrigerant and it’s the old type so it needs to be serviced and retrofitted for R-13 4 burner stove all 4 work but the oven has a problem staying lit. Never used it in the past 5 years I use a new SHARP 1200 watt large microwave that’s on the dinning table. The old microwave cabinet was converted to storage above the stove. The door hinges on the refrigerator need to be fixed better than the Mc Giver job I did on them. They open and close they just need to be held up as I open and close them. They close and stay sealed so I am able to use them. I don’t use the shower I CAN it’s just that I have to remove the washer spin dyer and the tub bottom is getting old and can crack, so I use the rv parks showers. ( saves on propane too) The ugly well the main awning got caught on the side of the mountain rocks and wipes out the passenger side plus the storage door and generator doors got dented and the end cap got damaged too. Looks bad but would cost more than $8,000 to repair so I just accept the way it is So if you are ready to buy a decent motorhome that is OLD but well taken care of this could be yours I’m only asking for less than I have paid into this RV. It’s clean inside and the RV is ready for the next adventure , yours !
