This DSLR Camera body is not functioning properly and isn't taking photos - I do NOT know what is wrong with it or why it isn't taking photos. It turns on! But won't take photos. A good friend of mine bought this from someone that was an acquaintance of theirs as a gift for me because I've always wanted a DSLR Camera but haven't been able to afford one so this was supposed to be a very nice gift they wanted to give me, but the people that my friend bought this off of ended up scamming him by claiming it worked when they knew the shutter function wasn't working properly anymore. They are no longer in contact with them, of course. I don't know enough about these types of cameras to know what the problem could be or if it is even repairable or how to go about repairing it IF it IS repairable. It's a huge bummer and I feel really bad for my friend for spending their money on what would have been the greatest gift anyone would have ever gotten for me, on something that ended up being broken and unusable for me. I was going to keep the extra lenses and everything to have for when I eventually do possess a working camera somewhere down the line, but that doesn't seem to be ANY time soon whatsoever and my current situation has me needing to sacrifice a lot of things I planned/wanted to keep because I lost my job recently and have bills that need to be paid. So if you could find some use out of some or all of these items then I'm glad. I'm just not the right person at this point in time ☹️ The lenses are perfectly fine, there is one Nikon and one Sigma The flash is Nikon brand and is also in good condition The camera bag itself has noticeable damage on the outside/top section, but it doesn't affect its ability to protect what's inside in any way Let me know if you wanna come check it all out or just want maybe one specific item instead of the entire collection. I'm open to whatever.
