There’s so much I want to say about this business! Let’s start off with how communicative and productive they are. I spoke to the owner himself…. And he answered every question I had in such a timely manner. He didn’t leave me unanswered not once! He walked me through every process with happiness and enthusiasm. A true enthusiast himself.

My car just came off the boat, cleared through customs and myself completely eager to see my car from Japan I recently just purchased. A huge complication with my paper work and my own wrong process doing. The owner had halted his personal driver to stick around the port for 1 more extra hour to make sure my vehicle had made it with the trip. His driver was completely behind schedule, but he halted him with NO EXTRA CHARGE. He was communicating with me through the whole process while I was scrambling for my paper work. I was at work at the time, not easy accessible….. but he made it work.

The owner personally promised that my vehicle would be picked up Monday…. And arrive Monday. Early morning on Monday his driver was there…. And eager to pick up my car. My car came into my possession at 8:30pm the same Monday morning. Even with the complications….. we managed to get my car to me on time…. Same day.

This was one of the smoothest, easiest and trustworthy experiences I’ve ever had. If you’ve ever been skeptical about purchasing a vehicle over seas…. This gentleman knows what he is doing.
