The following things were replaced, left/right motor mount, VTech selenoid gasket, Oil filter housing gasket, lower power steering lines, pcv valve, power steering pump, front lower ball joints, oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket, and reace exhaust before the cat. I made sure I maintain the car in the best condition so the next driver will just have to put gaz and go!!! You will not easily come up with another Honda of this year with that mileage.
