Selling my Nissan xterra . Clean title Manual transmission Recently fixed the xterra that’s been sitting in my yard for 3 years(I think) lol The problem was the timing belt that needed to be replaced (said the previous owner) . Got it done. Ran flawlessly like a champ literally lol when taking it for a quick run . After that I thought it was all good to go until I heard a small knock after the test drive . And well, may need a new motor … oil pressure sign spazzes from time to time when driving it . Transmission is in excellent condition I have a video of the test drive also . If you’d like to see
