We have had this camper for a few years and got a lot of enjoyment out of it (2nd owners). We have made some interior upgrades to improve the comfort and looks. New flooring, new cushion covers (leather and cloth), padding for mattress and paint. Will include wheel chalks, BAL leveler and lots of extras for tools and water. No cuts, tears, leaks. Pictures attached for reference. Canvas is in great condition. Roof has outer cracks but sealed and inner shell is clean and no water damage. Wood is in great condition. We added new tires last fall (including the spare) as well as had the bearings greased. The tree and guide wires were also maintained. This camper is ready to camp right now. It is 21 years old so it will need regular maintenance and a few small repairs, but it is in remarkably good shape for its age. NADA value is $4800 but only asking $4400
