Snap On Tool Box, 7 Drawer Cart

I'm not sure what this is called, it's a rolling snap on brand toolbox, 7 drawers, I think you can also bolt a top box to it? In probably 7/10 condition. Functions fine- Drawers slide normally Wheels roll smoothly Stored indoors Locks work fine Only thing broken is 2 of the drawer tabs. (When you want to completely remove the drawers for travel, you use these tabs to unlatch the drawers. You just have to press them with a screwdriver now. Day-to-day, the drawers function normally.) It's a tool, lots of scratches, minor surface rust. Basically, it looks like it was owned & used by a mechanic. If you're looking for something to look great next to a $30k garage reno, maybe keep looking. Comes with 2 keys, both work 90% sure I have the side handle (to push it around like a cart), I probably don't have the bolts for it; you'd probably have to buy 2-4 bolts/nuts if you want to mount the handle.
