Easy and Hassle free experience!

I was looking for a Mustang Mach E and started at local dealers in LA, which was an annoying experience to say the least.

I saw a great deal online  at Porterville Ford but was worried about the distance, but figured I'd reach out.

Deborah texted me shortly after and it was a really smooth experience from there. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.

Once I made up my mind, I scheduled a day to show up.

My new car was outside freshly detailed, the entire process was streamlined.

There were no surprise fees or weird sales tactics. I paid exactly what I was told via text.

I actually ended up getting a letter from Ford revising my payment down afterwards which was awesome.

If you're on the fence about making the drive to Porterville Ford, I personally think it's worth it. They're upfront about how much you will pay and are readily available via text or phone.

Great experience! All I did was literally go in and sign the docs. Selena and Deborah did all the work and made it effortless for me. Had I’ve known it was going to be this easy….I would’ve went in sooner.

10/10 From start to finish Selena was very helpful and informative ! She had to go in and fix another dealers mistake and she took care of everything with no complaint and got us into the truck we wanted . Shes one hell of a negotiator and has her customers best interest in mind even after a defect was found she made sure to include it in the due bill and take care of it. I would highly recommend Selena and the porterville team. I can proudly say I will now purchase all my Ford vehicles from Porterville Ford. As for Kenny in finance my hat goes off to you sir. One hell of a guy and made the paperwork easy and straightforward. Keep up the great work guys !

Terrible service department.  My truck had play in the steering.  They said I need new steering shocks.  I diagnosed it myself, the shocks were fine, it needed tie rods.  They did the tie rods and left my steering wheel 90 degrees off from straight.  They said they didn't have the tools to straighten it, and I had to pay to have it corrected.  I paid for wheel rotatation, they didn't rotate the tires.  The wheel key was in the glove compartment where most people put them.  I had a recall on air bags and they disconnected my horn, even though they didn't have the airbag parts in stock.  I asked to have my crankcase ventilation filter replaced, and they insisted that it is not serviceable.  I argued that it is replaceable.  They wanted $8900 to fix oil leaks, probably caused by the CCV filter.  At 65,000 miles, the oil seals were most likely blown out, but they just wanted to replace the seals and not look into the root cause of the problem.  They performed two recall jobs without explaining what they were doing or even asking my permission.  I'll never be back and never buy a Ford again.  These guys use substandard mechanics and the service advisors are just as bad with poor communication skills on the phone.
