My boyfriend and I went here to test drive a RAV4 and to see if we can finance it, with my situation it didn’t work out but they did their absolute best to see if they had a car that would work. Found a Subaru outback, test drove it and was able to finance it that day. Definitely a better experience than a dealership. The owners are wonderful people who made the experience worth it. What an amazing car dealership. This isn't just your average place these people actually care about you. I showed up to this dealership practically in tears, shaking, and scared to death, all I knew is that I needed a car that ran for my family and I asap!
The pure professionalism from everyone was the first thing I noticed. Everyone listened to me and then the most amazing women showed up! The wife of this place is amazing, there are not words to describe how awesome this women really is. I gave her my information and she did her magic. She was not only amazing to me but my two children as well, including them in the whole entire process, they really make you feel like your part of their family while you're there shopping for a car.
Here's the best part with some great negotiations they where able to get my family and I into something that is absolutely stunning and I'm still amazed at how fast and reliable ruby automotive really is.
