Price is OBO I have a 1984 Bus, that runs and drives. It just needs a new battery as it has been sitting for a while and is dead. It will need brake work for sure, maybe new tires as well. But it runs and stops (just takes a while to come to a complete stop). It has been sitting for about a year as I have had other projects I've had to work on before getting to this. I am moving and just have no time for it, so it's time for a new owner. It's already been stripped and there has been a bunch of wood paneling and insulation already done to it! I have the title for it, will definitely need new tags etc. I'd recommend towing, unless you live super close in the foster area. I've added photos.
