Soooo beyond thankful for Gene Pankey Motor Company! This is the third car I have bought (so sad I didn’t purchase my other 2 through Gene Pankey) because they made this process absolutely smooth and flawless! Kevin was absolutely amazing and I never once felt pressured that I needed to buy this vehicle. He answered all of our questions and I felt even better that he owns an electric car as well. Craig was by far one of the most helpful and nice car salesman without being a “salesman” you can ask for! He’s not only been doing it for many years, but he’s willing to go the extra mile. Super easy to work with without pushing anything you’d be uncomfortable with. I would by far recommend him and come back specifically for him! Great team all around, as their used cars come with a 30-day warranty, they come fully serviced and check everything before you leave the lot. They really go the extra mile when buying a used car, you never see that in used car dealership, but it shows since they’ve been around since 1950s!

Had an awesome experience buying a car online with Craig Wilson. Being out of state, he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the car, taking it to get inspected for me, and helping coordinate shipped/logistics. Thank you to this team and big shout out to Craig!
