got this couch for $800 selling it for $300 because it has been in storage and needs cleaning. it was brand new when i put it in storage, one person household no pets. it just got dirty from being in there for the past year & i had no cover on it. just needs to be shampooed and will look brand new. still sturdy no stains! just dirt marks that come out with cleaning!
