Description

Beautiful vintage hen on nest in blue slag glass. This mid century hen has a turned head, molded eyes & beak, defined feathering, eggs around her front, and a split tail. The basket base has a lovely scalloped edge & basket weave pattern. This piece measures approximately 5.5" tall with hen assembled on the base. The base measures 6" x 5. The hen is unmarked and has been in my collection for many years. It is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. Very striking blue colored hen on nest that looks fantastic on display. Available for pickup at my Anaheim home near Kraemer and Orangethorpe.
