Used and in good condition. Have a family with kids coming over for the holidays? Need an upgrade from a sleeping bag for sleepovers at your place? This is a great solution! It is also a good option for an adult guest under 5'5" in height. Someone who is 6 feet can fit on the unfolded mat, but a bed is probably better for them. For sleeping, I suggest this for children and petite adults. I used this chair/bed as a sofa when I lived in a small apartment. I don't have kids. It was later used for a visiting friend's kid.
