THIS dealership went entirely over the top, especially Uncle Buck.
They heard about my recent disaster and poor treatment from another car lot. Assured me I was "safe", seriously. And I was. I literally can not begin to tell you how Uncle Buck made me comfortable. Extremely caring and respectful. Also, he listened. Actually retained facts as I rambled.
Uncle Buck is sharp. Did not miss a beat. Took in all the details of my purchasing situation and created a plan for me that included my purchase of my dream vehicle!

This has been the best, smoothest, not like torture car purchase at a dealership that I have ever had.
This actually seems surreal to me right now. I pick it up tomorrow.

ADDENDUM:
This is my report back, kinda.
I am conflicted. They were so kind to me that I feel guilty.
However
The shop they use is not credible.
I had items stolen from my car.
And the worst part for me is the following.
I am at the Oregon/Washington border. Heat is vital. I have 3 children to keep warm. The car did not have heat! I did not think to check BEFORE making my purchase. I mentioned it to the sales person and he told the manager. They were immediately receptive to help me. I even got a loaner car while mine was in this supposed shop. 2 weeks later, I got my car back, STILL WITH NO HEAT!..I STILL DONT HAVE HEAT. 18,000 for a car without heat, in a snow environment.
Update:
I was very upset. I also, was still very kind, and polite. They totally were respectful, kind, and considerate to me, the entire time.  There were unforseen circumstances. The managers, as well as my salesmen, Uncle Buck and Don (I will come back and edit his last name) truly went above and beyond to not only handle this situation, but cared, and made sure I was good. Also happy.
I have seen so many horrible reviews for this place, I have to give it to them. These guys are the best as far as I am concerned! I also jave to give credit to Hose. He handled the brunt of my phone calls. His phone energy is calming and conforting, lol. If he doesn't know the answer he will do his best to get the answer for you. Just a great group of people. A rare gem.
I have now purchased 2 vehicles here. Tjere were many hiccups, all handled with ease. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had, twice!

I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail throughout the process. I highly recommend working with Jose.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Buck. He became family today and we truly look forward to helping our older kids buy their first cars from him as well. Wonderful experience to say the least. Bridge city is the best in the business. All the staff was super cool! Spoke with Buck back in January about a car. Took 9 months because of my credit situation. He was very professional. The guy knows how to handle business. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He doesn’t just want to sell a car, he wants to build relationships. I never once thought this guy was pressuring me into anything.he was  patient and courteous and felt like buying a car from a friend. Give this guy a raise

Please, please, please if y’all are in the market for a car come down here and ask for Don! He is the most professional and courteous man I have ever met in my life! I had no childcare and had to bring my toddler, and even recommended my best friend who had to bring her toddler as well and he sat and played with both of our children as we were signing paperwork and provided them with snacks just to make the experience easier. I will never go to another car dealership as long as he is working there!! My bestie and I even got matching cars with the best warranties we could ask for. The entire process took less than I ever expected and I walked away with a car that matches me to the “T”. Thank you for all that you do!!
