Vintage Anchor Hocking Early American Prescut Punch Bowl Stand/Vase/Compote. This is a beautiful piece of MCM Early American Prescut Glass from Anchor Hocking. It was actually made as the base or stand for a punch bowl. It would set with the widest portion down with the punch bowl sitting on the other end. However, punch bowls have fallen out of vogue. I use it with the widest portion up as a large vase or a compote (whichever I need) and it looks beautiful. It is very good quality and heavy glass. Anchor Hocking produced EAPC from 1960-1974. Made in America. Height 6.5 in Depth 5.5 in Diameter Top 8.75 in Diameter Bottom 5 in Weight 5 lbs In excellent like new vintage condition. There are no chips or cracks.
