Extends out to easily fit a third chair on the one side. Priced to sell and based on wear. Please note the wear as pictured. Aside from this, maybe minor scratches, but the only thing that really might need to be refinished is the top. Cushions not included. Measurements: without extention- 66" L 42" wide and 29.5" height The extension is 18". Sale as is. Cash only please. Table comes apart to move, however it is heavy as it is real wood. I love this piece but am moving and it won't fit in the new place.
