1966 Aristocrat vintage camper project. First photo is finished, and the other photos are of the current state. Camper was rehabilitated from excessive wood rot and damaged outer skins but I am unable to complete the project due to some life changes requiring me to move. The camper has almost all components ready that need to be finished. Has title and plates. Will be a great camper or mobile coffee shop or store. Work that has been done: - Metal frame rust removed, coated in rust preventative and underbody paint - Brand new brakes and underbody wiring - New 7 pin connector and junction box - floor completely replaced (waterproof belly, insulation, 2 subfloor layers) and new bolts to frame - beginning of interior framing for bed and counter space - side walls brand new, framed and interior plywood placed - original roof and roof skin replaced on new build Interior is currently set up to have a queen sized bed, small kitchenette with cabinets, and 2 person dinette. Raw materials: - old outer skins available for framing wall ends - BRAND NEW aluminum skins for outer covering ($2000 new) - Electrical parts like transformer box (I believe that's what it's called) - ORIGINAL jalousie windows and rock shield frame (rock shield itself needs repair) - door frame and door Work left to be done - Walls and roof insulated (if desired) and covered with aluminum skins - finish inside framing (design the layout exactly how you want it!) - water/propane/electric systems exactly how you want them -build out cabinets, bed, etc. This is a fantastic project for anyone wanting a towable camper, whether you want to continue the vintage route or move towards a more modern look. Almost everything you need is already here and just needs to be finished. You can customize this to exactly what you want and doesn't need a ton of work to be usable.
