Wheatley is a South Bay shaper, worked for Phil Becker (RIP) for many years as a production shaper. Glassed by the Mangiagli factory (high quality Surfboard factory in hermosa beach) Dual-foiled gephart style Marine plywood Keel fins, glassed on. Glass halo style clear resin around wood into wide fin roving fillets. Beautiful little Surfboard. Fast flowing and loose! All dings repaired, watertight, ready to surf .
