Description

Training for racing bmx or mtb or road bike works good. This is not the easiest type of trainer to use. But…. It improves your balance and agility to a whole new level, without a doubt. This trainer does Not hold you upright. You have to steer it to balance while you are riding your bike in place to stay vertical. It takes a good balance and good reflexes to even stay up on it. I would not recommend this to a beginner. We used it for my son for bmx racing trainer for agility and strength. It’s insane when you get good at it. Total game changer It just needs a new belt from here: https://offerup.com/redirect/?o=aHR0cHM6Ly9hLmNvL2QvaTl6dGVoRw==. This matches the size of the original belt that came with it, which is included but it snapped. It’s 7 yrs old. The frame is all aluminum alloy with smooth bearing in the rollers. Very little use. 4 hrs on it, tops.
