I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and while the staff were friendly and professional, my overall experience was disappointing. They added over $5,000 in unnecessary fees and extras on top of the car’s price, most of which I didn’t need or request. Unfortunately, I was in a rush to catch a flight and didn’t have time to thoroughly review the paperwork, which allowed these charges to go unnoticed until after the fact.

The car itself is fine, but I can’t shake the feeling that I was taken advantage of during the process. While I take responsibility for not being more diligent, I expected more transparency and honesty from the dealership. This experience has taught me to approach car purchases with more caution, and I would advise others to carefully review everything before signing.

It’s interesting how defensive you are, especially when you’re blatantly misrepresenting the facts. My credit was 730 at the time, so your attempt to discredit me with false information is both laughable and desperate. The car was listed at $15,000, yet somehow, after your legitimate fees, the total skyrocketed to $22,000—quite the markup for a dealership that supposedly follows the letter of the law.

If anything, I did learn a lesson: never trust a dealership that operates like yours. The condescending tone in your response only reinforces the kind of business you run. But don’t worry—I’ll be sure to share my experience so others can avoid the same mistake.
