Seaward 24 sail boat being sold "AS IS". If you want to see the interior you will have to come take a look at it as I am unable to climb up into it to take photos.... It Has the sail and also a gas powered motor that comes with it. The mast and all that is included as well. Comes with the boat trailer it is on but the breaks don't work and I would suggest putting new tires on it before taking it out on the road as they have been sitting for some time, clean title in hand for both the boat and the trailer.....The Interior does need some minor repairs and maintenance done but nothing too serious and nothing that would cost an arm and a leg, just basic repairs and replacements of things that you would normally expect to suffer wear and tear over the years like it needs new cushions on the interior and exterior benches and bed area, the wood floor and other areas that are wood should be sanded down and stained and sealed I would suggest,4 out of 8 side windows need the glass replaced, the sliding wood door that leads below deck should be replaced I guess you could sand and seal the existing one but if it where me I would replace it but that's all up to the buyer and what they see for to do..... Now the exterior is in pretty good shape no cracks no repairs needed that I can see it could stand a good cleaning and have the paint job updated if you want to it's not a necessity though, but all in all for it's age and for the length of time it has sat unused I say it's in pretty good shape. These are very sturdy, long lasting, dependable little boats and this one sure has lots of life left in it!!!!
