  • I have used Front Range a few times in the past years - but they have gone down hill. I ordered a fridge that was filthy upon arrival (renters ended up cleaning it) - I talked to the manager who let me know he’d credit me (nothing ever came of that promise). I recommended them to a client who wanted a good deal (there prices are good) and same thing happened to her - even after asking if it would be cleaned before delivery. It arrived filthy, with a broken water filter hose. My client called and they got her a new fridge that was not as nice and didn’t offer a refund. I will never refer them again - really disappointed as I used to have great experiences.

  • We had a great experience with Front Range appliance! We bought a washer dryer set from them about a month ago and the machines have been working great. They were super helpful when we came to the store and helped us find exactly what we needed, and they were able to stay within our target price range. They were also prompt and efficient about delivery and installation. I would definitely recommend them!

  • Called in the morning after I purchased a washer to see when I should expect delivery of said washer. Was told to expect it the next day inbetween the hours 11-5. I called next day at 3 after waiting to see if they are arriving and was promised it would come by end of day. They never arrived. Absolutely no communication on their end, I am having to make the calls. Will update when or if I receive my washer.
