  • Our salesman was Mike Davis, and the entire transaction was great! He, and others communicated well, and when they discovered problems with the vehicle, they did everything to make sure important parts were ordered and shipped to us. Mike was very friendly, easy to relate to, and answered all of our questions with professionalism. Even though it was a 5 hour drive, it was well worth it. We got a good deal and a great warranty that will help for the duration of the loan.

  • I didn't buy a car because I was inquiring about one. I really appreciated the way Michael Davis handles his business. As a salesman he seems to truly value the satisfaction of a customer. He made sure I knew what was wrong with the vehicle and wanted to make sure I wasn't getting in over my head with a purchase. He was able to answer all of my questions about the procedure of financing since I'm self employed. He was really looking out having my best interest in mind first rather then pushing an easy sale across the table. I appreciate his genuine attention to making sure that I have all the information needed to make a final decision without regrets. He also reminded me of what I would eventually have to do with the car if I choose to proceed. He not only had my best interest in mind prior to a sale but also afterwords if I did choose to proceed. I just want to say thanks to Michael Davis for being a honest salesman and looking out for a customer.

  • I was interested in a vehicle there that I saw in their add so I called and talked to Mike in sales. I drove over an hour to come look at it but Mike had other customers which I can understand except I never was able to drive the vehicle, and was afforded very little time. I was in the office to make sure they had my info for the financing but didn't tell me what they would give me on my trades, was shortly after shown out to my vehicle and told they would be in touch as to inform me on my loan approval. I drove back home waited all week but not hearing back I decided to call ...I got a short answer text telling me to call the lender. I never got to drive the vehicle, never could negotiate a price, never got an answer on what my trade was worth, never got an answer on the loan. I suppose I wasn't important enough to give the time of day. Never once was made to feel like a valued customer. I can't see going back now although I really liked the vehicle and would have done all I could to make the deal.
