  • Glenn gave me great value on my trade in. Charlie was easy to work with and found me a great rate on financing. Low pressure, great communication, smooth and easy experience. Had some unforseen issues arise on my purchase and Glenn and Charlie handled everything with integrity. Would definitely do business with them again.

  • I called the dealer today (1-18-26). I made an OTD offer on a used 2012 Jetta TDI (VIN: 3VWPL7AJ7CM708475). The dealer said they are in the business of selling cars but made no effort to negotiate. Do NOT buy from this dealer. Edit: In response to the dealer, I entered the VIN (3VWPL7AJ7CM708475) on KBB and Edmunds. In the most perfect condition, the car is valued at $3400. This dealer is asking $7000 over its current value. I called them again, and once again they refused to negotiate. The dealer is ignoring the fact that this model was affected by the 2015 'Diesel Gate' scandal. The dealer claims some special secret 'Dealer KBB' that the public does not have access as to where they are getting their figures. The dealer claims that they are 'hurt' by such a 'low' offer, but as a consumer I am hurt and tired of being ripped off. Anyone who buys (finance or cash) this car at asking price, would immediately be under water. If the situation was reversed, and I brought in my car for trade or sell, the dealer would offer me the 'publicly available' KBB price. The dealer was not able to explain why is there is such a huge gap. Bottom line, my review still stands. The dealer can contact me and negotiate, but as of now, the dealer has refused even after offering a high OTD amount.

  • I didn't buy a car because I was inquiring about one. I really appreciated the way Michael Davis handles his business. As a salesman he seems to truly value the satisfaction of a customer. He made sure I knew what was wrong with the vehicle and wanted to make sure I wasn't getting in over my head with a purchase. He was able to answer all of my questions about the procedure of financing since I'm self employed. He was really looking out having my best interest in mind first rather then pushing an easy sale across the table. I appreciate his genuine attention to making sure that I have all the information needed to make a final decision without regrets. He also reminded me of what I would eventually have to do with the car if I choose to proceed. He not only had my best interest in mind prior to a sale but also afterwords if I did choose to proceed. I just want to say thanks to Michael Davis for being a honest salesman and looking out for a customer.
