  • I waited awhile to leave a review that was honest and my personal experience with my vehicle. I purchased a 2008 Saturn Vue. Within 1 week I lost acceleration, and the dealership fixed the spark plugs for me and replaced the battery. 2 months later I have my check engine light come on, and while on the freewy it felt as if my truck would not accel. I was also with two young kids. I went and got a diagnostic done on the vehicle and came back with 5 codes that total ALOT of money. I really needed a reliable truck and it was amazing until 5 months later. Nice guy and helpful, but I dont think after 5 months I should have to spend more on the truck than my loan balance.

  • Seattle Auto Werx is a diamond in the rough as far as used car dealerships go. We were assisted on the lot by Jesse, the owner (and to some extent another staff member named Al). We found him and his staff to be patient, kind, honest, and not fitting the salesmen status quo (i.e. depraved and aggressive). The vehicles we looked at on the lot appeared to be expertly selected and fairly priced (we were browsing the $10k range). Jesse (and staff) intently listened to us about the vehicle issues we noted during inspections and test drives (e.g. a small rattling sound coming from the undercarriage) and we were always given a prompt and fair response to address them, and not a serving of BS. Within a couple days of further shopping around for a potentially better deal from other local used car lots (and online), we determined Seattle Auto Werx was by far the best. We ended up buying a Subaru Forester, receiving a deal that couldn’t be beat by other dealerships. One month later we are still happy with our purchase. If unseen (hidden/concealed) problems pop up down the road I will update this review accordingly. So far, this experience has led us to highly recommend Seattle Auto Werx. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle through them. Thanks Seattle Auto Werx!
