I purchased a vehicle from Jessie, I cannot begin to tell you he is an honest forthright person. He is in business to help every client with his most sincere ability. He is not of the thousands of dealers out there that are looking to fee you to extreme and greed. He just wants to sell good cars to good people. I have purchased many vehicles in my time, and as such I am well aware of the game that is played. Jessie does not do that. He is straightforward with his costs and taxes. And if I might say his vehicles are considered great deals by car fax. He isn't greedy. And he provides carfax reports for you to make up your own mind. This review is not auto generated nor is it paid. If you want a good car at a great price, and I am sure you have done your due diligence, then you will end up at seattle autowerx and jessie. I want to thank Jessie for being honest to his word. He sold me a big truck about a week and a half ago. This morning, on a Saturday morning, I was at a stoplight and a truck went off turned off completely. I had a tow truck come where I was in the middle of a intersection and come to find out it was just the connection to the battery wire had come off. The tow truck driver put a quick fix on it and I was able to get over to Jessie after I had spoken with him on the phone. He not only put brand new battery wires connections on he also reimbursed me for the $100 tow truck jump. I'm going to say, I really respect that and I appreciate his help. I think this is a good dealership and that Jessie is a good guy. I would buy from him again.
I waited awhile to leave a review that was honest and my personal experience with my vehicle. I purchased a 2008 Saturn Vue. Within 1 week I lost acceleration, and the dealership fixed the spark plugs for me and replaced the battery. 2 months later I have my check engine light come on, and while on the freewy it felt as if my truck would not accel. I was also with two young kids. I went and got a diagnostic done on the vehicle and came back with 5 codes that total ALOT of money. I really needed a reliable truck and it was amazing until 5 months later. Nice guy and helpful, but I dont think after 5 months I should have to spend more on the truck than my loan balance.
